The Huron Building

Grain Exchange & Mackie Flats

The Milwaukee Grain Exchange was home for the first commodity “trading pit”, later replicated as a model for exchanges throughout the country. Today, the three-story Grain Exchange room, with its soaring ceilings and frescos, serves as one of Milwaukee’s premier event spaces.

Part of a $15 Million rehabilitation of the historic Mackie Building located in downtown Milwaukee, the award-winning Mackie Flats offers 25 high-end, modern apartments in the heart of downtown. Gold Medal Lofts

Completed in Spring of 2020, Gold Medal Lofts offers 72 units of high-quality affordable and market-rate housing. The project is an adaptive reuse of a historic industrial building located in the City of Racine that once was home to the Gold Medal Camp Furniture Manufacturing Company, famous for the canvas director’s chairs that it manufactured here for decades.

Historic Garfield Apartments

Historic Garfield Apartments is an adaptive reuse of a long-vacant, historic school building in Milwaukee’s Bronzeville neighborhood. The arts-focused project, with 30 apartments and community space, has served as a major catalyst for area reinvestment. Historic Garfield Apartments has received the Mayor’s Design Award, the Milwaukee Business Journal’s Real Estate Award, and WCREW’s Showcase Award for Vision.

The Griot

The Clark Building

The Clark Building is a 20-story downtown Milwaukee office building most notably recognized as the “Miller Lite” building because of its iconic rooftop sign. Conveniently located near the Convention Center, the new Iron Block District, Marquette University, the Intermodal, and directly adjacent to the I94/43 interchange, its central location is amazingly convenient. Amenities include an attached parking structure, on-site security, conference facilities, and updated common areas.
