Milwaukee Athletic Club

The renovation of the historic Milwaukee Athletic Club in downtown Milwaukee, now underway, will include cutting edge athletic offerings, modern hotel and event space, a rooftop entertainment venue, and a multitude of retail and dining options. Total Development Cost: $70 Million.


The Huron Building

Class-A Office

The Huron Building offers modern office and retail amenities at the intersection of Milwaukee’s central business district and its bustling Historic Third Ward. Everything in the building’s design, from the stepped terraces to the sandstone façade, are uniquely designed to complement the surrounding historic district, while at the same time delivering the finest in modern office and retail amenities. Total Development Cost: $59 Million. Opening Spring 2020.


Gold Medal Lofts

Multi-Family Historic

When completed in Spring of 2020, Gold Medal Lofts will offer 72 units of high-quality affordable and market-rate housing. The project is an adaptive reuse of a historic industrial building located in the City of Racine that once was home to the Gold Medal Camp Furniture Manufacturing Company, famous for the canvas director’s chairs that it manufactured here for decades. Total Development Cost: $18 Million.


2022 East North Avenue


Located at the iconic intersection of North and Farwell on Milwaukee’s East Side, 2022 East North Avenue is now home to Milwaukee’s newest taproom, Hacienda Brewing Company. The building also includes plans for another restaurant or bar, and offers several floors of space for office or other uses.


Historic Horlick Redevelopment

Mixed-Use Historic

Comprising nearly 16 acres in the City of Racine, the Horlick complex of buildings was once home to one of the City’s largest employers, the Horlick Malted Milk Company. J. Jeffers has assembled the site for a large-scale, catalytic redevelopment now in predevelopment that will include a mix of uses that could include multi-family residential, commercial, retail, light industrial, business incubator, educational, and recreational uses.
